The 2024 YBTI program is now open for application! The 2024 program is scheduled from Jun 17 to Sep 6, and we expect to recruit 25~35 members this year. The review work is ongoing, and the admission decision notification dates are scheduled as below. In each announcement, some of the applicants will go directly on the admission list without online interview if the review committee think you are fully qualified. For those who are interested in experiencing and exploring their future career in Asia, please complete your submission as early as possible!

**REMINDER** : Although the application deadline is on April 30, your applilcations are on a rolling basis, that is, all the applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the qualified candidates meet our criteria, we will close the online application system. Please fill out your application as detailed as possible and remember to "submit" it. Don't wait till the last minute!
