Dear all,

Due to Coronavirus, we noticed that some applicants hesitated to submit their applications. Facing such unpredictable issue and tough moment, we have been keeping eyes on the epidemic and discussed many concerns since February. To avoid any risks, the program team concluded the follwing possibilities for 2020 program and the ultimate decison will be announced at the end of April. 

Option 1: To conduct the program as scheduled 

Option 2: To postpone the program 

Option 3: To cancel the program this year

Currently we are still going through the admission prodecures as scheduled, so we'd like to encourage all of you to send out your submmisions first. We hope everything will be fine soon worldwide.
