We would like to remind you of the recruitment is "First Submit, First Review", which means the selection committee can only start the review work after your on-line application is submitted.  Moreover, it also means the earlier you complete the submission, the earlier chance you will get accepted.

As you know, the quotas for participants are limited each year. In 2020, we expect to recruit 30 to 35 participants. Although the application is open for 3 months, it is possible for us to end the application call beforehand once we reach our target numbers.
