Duration: 6 months

Requirements:

1. Educational Background:

   • Graduates in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
   • Preference will be given to candidates with a basic understanding of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automation Systems.

2. Language Skills:

   • Fluent in Thai.
   • Basic proficiency in Mandarin and English for communication.

3. Technical Skills:

   • Familiarity with CAD or other design software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
   • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.

4. Internship Experience:

   • Previous internship experience in manufacturing or engineering is a plus, especially those who have worked on factory construction or production line setup projects.
   • Experience working in multinational environments is highly desirable.

5. Personal Qualities:

   • Strong learning abilities and hands-on skills, with a willingness to quickly acquire new knowledge in real work situations.
   • Team-oriented, with the ability to perform efficiently under pressure.
   • A keen interest in the home appliance manufacturing industry and a desire to participate in factory construction and production process optimization.
